Thomas Gregory Tymkow Sr.

Thomas "Tom" Gregory Tymkow Sr., age 66 of Millville, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Born and raised in Millville, he was a lifelong resident. Tom served as a Field Radio Mechanic in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, where he received a National Defense Service Medal. He worked as a self employed carpenter and mechanic. Tom was a member of the American Legion Nabb-Leslie, Post No. 82 of Millville. He enjoyed making car models and fishing. He could fix anything and everything, especially the neighborhood kid's bikes. Tom will be sadly missed by his girlfriend Joan Andreolli of Millville; his children, Gena Mora and husband Freddie of Millville, Shelly Frio and husband William of Elmer, Thomas Tymkow Jr. of Elmer, and Sean Tymkow of Millville; his brother Wayne Tymkow and wife Donna of Bridgeton; two sisters, Patricia Moore and husband Gordon of Millville, and Sandra Everland and husband George of Phoenix, AZ; eight grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his dog Missy. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter Tymkow Sr. and Mary (Graves); and one brother Walter M. Tymkow Jr. in 1977. Private graveside services were held in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
