Robert J. O'Donnell, Esq. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Robert J. O'Donnell, Esq., age 54 of Millville, passed away peacefully in his sleep Thursday morning, February 3, 2022 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Born in Bucks Co., PA, Robert grew up in Pennsville, NJ and graduated from Pennsville Memorial High School, Class of 1985. He continued his education by graduating from Scranton University and then Widener University Delaware Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree and then he interned under Judge Isaac Serata. For over the past 20 years he owned and operated his own law firm, Robert J. O'Donnell Law Office PC of Millville. Throughout his career, Robert had the opportunity to be the solicitor for the Cumberland County Utility Authority, a former president of the Cumberland County Bar Association, a member of the New Jersey State Bar where he was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Treasurer of the Cumberland County Democrats of Millville. Robert was an advocate for Autism Speaks for over 20 years. He was honored to dress up as Santa Claus and Frosty for the Cumberland County Bar Association and many holiday events. Line dancing, camping, and traveling to Disney World with his family in his motor home were three of his favorite pastimes. Robert will be sadly missed by his parents, Blase and Jill (Sammon) Stec; his children, Emily O'Donnell and Andrew O'Donnell; the mother of his children, Deanne Sauder; his partner Stephen Korczynski; his sister Lori Mitchell; his niece Katie Glidden; his nephew Aaron Glidden; his great niece Aliana Moore; his great nephew Alex Moore V; and his loving fur babies. A memorial service will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 11, 2022 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
