George E. Freeman Jr.

George E. Freeman, Jr., age 71 of Millville, passed away after a lengthy illness, on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at his residence with his family by his side. Born and raised in Millville to Doris (Gale) and the late George E. Freeman Sr., he graduated from Millville High School, Class of 1969, and was a life long resident. For over 50 years he worked as a self employed Plumber and retired. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. George will be sadly missed by his companion Mary Freeman; his children, George E. Freeman III and his wife Dawn of Millville, Patricia Freeman and her fiancé Robert Rosa of Millville, and Gale Harris and her husband Earl of TX; his mother Doris (Gale) of Millville; two sisters, Nancy Hanlon and her husband Paul of Millville, and Carol Reiser and her husband Charles of Millville; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins; and his beloved dog Jack. He was predeceased by one son Scott Freeman. A memorial service will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy Funeral Home, Millville.
