Darlene Ilacqua Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Darlene (Monteleone) Ilacqua, age 66 of Millville, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Friday morning, April 15, 2022. Darlene was born in Vineland to the late Samuel Monteleone and Phyllis (Guglielmo). As a young child she lived in Malaga, before moving to California with her family. Once she was old enough, she decided to return to the Bridgeton / Vineland area to make Cumberland County her home. Darlene was a member of the Cumberland County Community Church in Millville. She enjoyed reading her Bible and decorating her home for the holidays, especially at Christmas time. Watching the Hallmark Channel, the Cooking Channel and Fox Cable News were a few of her favorite pastimes, but cherishing and loving her grandchildren meant the world to her. Darlene will be sadly missed by her husband Salvatore Ilacqua; two sons, James Raively III and his wife Kari of Mt. Holly, and Michael Peterson and Eliana of Millville; one brother Larry Leon of Los Angeles; and four grandchildren, James Raively IV, Jacob Raively; Kendric Peterson, and Sofia Peterson. She was predeceased by her parents, Samuel Monteleone, Phyllis (Guglielmo) and her step father Larry Leon; one sister Pam Leon; and one brother Nicholas Monteleone. Funeral services and burial for Darlene Ilacqua will be private for family only. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy Funeral Home, Millville.
