Anna Tittl

January 19, 1930 - January 27, 2021

After a brief illness, Anna Tittl, age 91 of Laurel Lake in Millville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday morning, January 27, 2021. Her wish was to die at home the same way her husband did 16 years ago in the house he built. Born and raised in Nova Gajdobra, Yugoslavia, she moved to Germany with her family when she was 14 years old due to the war, and she married her childhood sweetheart at the age of 21. In 1955 they came to America and became American citizens in 1961 while living in Ohio. They moved to Philadelphia, PA, and then settled in New Jersey in the early 1970's. Anna was a housewife and loved her family. She was a member of The Parish of All Saints in Millville. She was a big wrestling fan, and she enjoyed cooking, gardening, doing jigsaw puzzles, knitting, and her beer. Anna will be sadly missed by her children, Anton Tittl III and wife Denise of Gretna, VA, Annemarie Jarmoluk of Middletown, DE, Edie Riley of Laurel Lake, Renate Cox and husband Michael of Millville, and Linda Vurganov and husband Victor of Millville; seven grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and a few great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Anton Tittl Jr. in 2005; her parents; two brothers, Adam and Joseph; and two sons-in-law Mike Jarmoluk and French Riley. Graveside services and burial were private in Holy Cross Cemetery, Millville. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy Funeral Home, Millville.
